By using and accessing The Naked Bootleg, you agree to these terms of use. If you do not agree to these terms of use, you may not use The Naked Bootleg website. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to change, modify, add, or delete portions of these terms of use at any time. Until such time that The Naked Bootleg has subscribers, any change to the terms of use and privacy policy will be updated solely on the website with notice placed on the homepage of the policies change.

In keeping with our slogan of “An Unabashed, Unbiased, and Uncensored View of College Football” we at The Naked Bootleg do not feel the need for self-censorship. As such the use of foul, lewd or coarse language will be used from time to time; however, this language will not be used so as to discredit or disregard any individuals religion, race, physical handicap, sex, or sexual preference. Intelligence (or the lack thereof), physical ability, and poor decision-making both on and off the field by staff and students though will be subject to scrutiny.

In using The Naked Bootleg, you agree that such language does not offend you or is tolerable. Should the use of language within the above parameters offend you, you are free to discontinue your use of The Naked Bootleg.

Also in our content we provide educated guesses (and in some cases, a completely random guess) as to the turnout of a game. In no form does The Naked Bootleg condone gambling, nor do we provide any warranty as to the accuracy or reliability of this information. Any information that could be construed as gambling related, consisting of, but not limited to any betting lines or guesses at scores should be considered as entertainment solely.

SUBMISSIONS
Submissions to The Naked Bootleg via email are encouraged and welcomed. Comments, questions, and feedback, will be attributed to the originator provided that a name and location accompany any submission. Any submission to The Naked Bootleg website shall become the sole property of The Naked Bootleg.

Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person or entity;
Engage in antisocial, disruptive, or destructive acts, including “flaming,” “spamming,” “flooding,” “trolling,” and “phishing,” as those terms are commonly understood and used;
Delete any legal notices, disclaimers, or proprietary notices such as copyright or trademark symbols, or modify any logos that you do not own or have express permission to modify;

We reserve the right to remove any material, and if we deem appropriate, to turn over to law enforcement officials, any material, including message, e-mail, or posting, that is in violation of these House Rules.

We also reserve the right to comply with any order or otherwise cooperate with law enforcement officials regarding the identification of any user alleged to be using The Naked Bootleg in violation of the law.

We reserve the right to terminate, in appropriate circumstances; any users who are repeat infringers of copyright.

GENERAL PROVISIONS
These terms of use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia and the laws of the United States, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. You agree that any action at law or in equity arising out of or relating to these terms shall be filed only in the state or federal courts located in Cobb County, Georgia, and you hereby consent and submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purposes of litigating any such action. If any provision of these terms of use shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these terms of use and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.

NOTICE AND PROCEDURE FOR MAKING CLAIMS OF COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT
Pursuant to Title 17, United States Code, Section 512(c)(2), notifications of claimed copyright infringement must be sent to Service Provider’s Designated Agent.
