Alright, I have to say that if there is one thing that I think is pretty idiotic about college football is the credibility many people give to pre-season polls. Pre-season polls are a bit like blind dates…it might make sense when it starts out, you’re not sure what you’re going to see, you finally see it, your not sure you like it, but you stick with it and by the end you realize that it was nothing like what you thought it would have been like from the beginning. So, at the NBL, we release our first NBL Top 20 after week 3, so that we have a few weeks to be objective. However, since we are testing out our new site functionality, we needed a top 20 poll, so we are posting the opinions of the numerous voting sportswriter, who likely never played a down of football in their lives.

Hi Josh. No worries about being off topic at this point, since we are unofficially live. Since we are in the middle on a redesign and relaunch, the interface and design has not been fully implemented. One of the features that we hope to bring online soon is a mobile version, but as of right now it is not something we support. Hopefully, in the next few weeks, we will be able to deploy for mobile. In the mean time, we appreciate your patience with us, and we look forward to bringing you great original content.

Preseason is going strong and I can’t wait until regular season to start. For me, I dont really get into pre-season that much. When the season starts I have to do all my “yard work” on Saturday because Sunday is only for football and grilling !! Time to go clean the recliner.
